How we get your tree to you..

You can 'Click & Collect', 'Click & Choose or 'Click & Deliver'

New customer? Here’s how it all works

1. Select your perfect Christmas Tree and click ‘add to cart’.
2. ‘View cart’ to check your details and click ‘checkout’.
3. Complete your customer information and select if you want delivery or pick up in store, click ‘continue to shipping’.
4. Complete your final check of information, including free shipping if you are within 10 miles of our store. Click ‘continue to payment’.
5. Complete your payment details and click ‘pay now’ to complete your transaction.

 

Shopped with us before?

Good news, returning customers will automatically skip through the customer information stage to speeds things up for you.

 

What happens next? 

1. We will send confirmation of your order. Please provide both email and mobile numbers.
2. A member of our team will contact you within the next 24 hours to arrange delivery or pick up from store and discuss if you would prefer to choose your tree or if you would like our team to do this for you.
3. Our deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday, with am and pm slots on offer.
4. The store is open 10am – 4pm daily for pick ups.
